  • 200 grams lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, granulated
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

  • 125 grams water
  • 2 medium tomatos, cored, seeded, diced

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to thermomix bowl.
    Place simmering basket on top of lid.
    Cook 7 mins/ 120°C/ speed 1
  2. Place into 2 serving bowls and garnish with fresh herbs of your choice.
