- 200 grams lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic, granulated
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp Beef or Vegetable Stock
- 125 grams water
- 2 medium tomatos, cored, seeded, diced

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients to thermomix bowl.
Place simmering basket on top of lid.
Cook 7 mins/ 120°C/ speed 1 - Place into 2 serving bowls and garnish with fresh herbs of your choice.
