If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add onion and garlic cloves to bowl and chop 3 secs/speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl and add seseme oil, saute 2 mins/varoma/speed 1.
Add tamari, peanut butter paste, cashews and coconut cream 10 sec/speed 5 to blend and chop nuts.
Add sliced chicken and cook 13 mins/100/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Add veggies and cook another 5mins/100/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Serve while hot on a bed of cauliflower rice or brown rice and top with extra cashews.
