      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Lovely on the barbecue! We had these on flat bread, spread with tzatziki. Would be keen to try with the homemade hummus too!

Love this recipe, it's my go to for kofta.
I just fry it up and make wraps. I find it goes further with the big family.
And easier than making the koftas.

I virtually doubled the herbs and spices, used some fresh coriander as well. Loved them, could have done with even more garlic but we love, love, love fresh herbs and spices so adjust yours accordingly. To those who say theirs ended up dry..... I did mine in a char griddle pan, seared them then put a loose lid on for around 8 minutes, turned the heat back up to ensure they were not soggy and they were brilliant.

I added salt as it wasn't in the recipe for some reason. Other than that it was a great recipe! Everyone loved it.

Lol it's difficult to review this exact recipe, mainly because i stuffed it up, lol!

I only had 1 pack of lamb mince (500gms) and was merrily following the recipe amounts until i went to add the lamb and dried spices and then realized i needed to halve them all. Ultimately the extra onion, garlic, ginger, mint and parsley i had already added was just as awesome with half the mince and half the spices, i would still highly recommend this recipe if you don't have the amount of lamb mince in your freezer that the recipe requires.

Very authentic flavours, lovely with mint yoghurt and greek salad
