Luncheon Sausage

  • 500 g Sausage Mince
  • 150 g ham
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • pinch Garlic powder
  • 1000 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add ham to bowl and chop. 10 sec/speed 4. Repeat until the desired consistancy is reached.
  2. Add all other ingredients. Knead 3 minutes in dough mode.
  3. Place on bench 2 layers of plastic wrap (BPA free) about 50cm long. Pile mixture onto plastic wrap and form into a log around 20cm long. Wrap tightly and twist ends. Place in Varoma bowl.
  4. Wash the bowl if you wish. Add 1000g water to bowl, put Varoma in place. Cook 1 hour/Varoma Temp/speed 1.
  5. Remove from Varoma. Allow to cool before unwrapping. Store in fridge. Slice and enjoy.

Tip

Stuffing mix can be used instead of the breadcrumbs. Add your choice of seasoning.
