Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place soften butter, plain flour, milk and grated cheese into mixing bowl Thicken/100 degrees
Set aside in Thermoserver - 1. Brush Varoma dish with oil and set aside
2. Place Water, orange juice, maple syrup, cloves, brown vinegar and sugar into mixing bowl. Placed prepared Varoma dish into position making sure the lid is securley shut. 60min/Varoma/speed 2
3. Place green beans around Silver side in Varoma tray. (If you are cooking a larger silver side place green peas in simmering basket) 15min/Varoma/speed 2
4. Serve with with white sauce
