Marinade Turkey Breast

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 10 leaves basil
  • 1/2 heaped teaspoon black pepper
  • 30 grams vegetable oil
  • 50 grams soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 grams turkey breasts, skinless
  • 6 cloves whole

Recipe's preparation

    Marinade
  1. 1. Blitz gralic, basil and pepper 30 sec sp 9.

     

  2. 2. Scrap down sides.  Add oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and  honey.

  3. 3. Cook 2 mins/ Varoma /sp 1.

  4. 4. Insert cloves in each end of the turkey breast.  Place in a shallow dish and coat with marinade.

  5. 5. Cover and refridgerate for at least 4 hours.  Preferably over night for maximum flavour.

  6. 6. Discard marinade.  Grill turkey on the bbq for about 15mins of until it has an internal temperature of approximatley 68oC.

  7. 7. Serve with your choice of roasted vegetables and steamed greens.

Tip

Turkey breast can be marinade and bagged in the freezer for later use.
