- 100 grams bacon
- 2 --- capsicums
- 1 --- zuccini chopped
- 3 tomatoes
- to taste oregeano
- to taste vegetable stock
- to taste black pepper
- olive oil
- 2 onions

- 100 g spinach
- 1000 g Mince Meat
- 200 g bread crumbs (GF)
- to taste parsley
- Corn Flour
Garlic, Onion, salt, spinach, parsley into bowl - speed 9-15 sec
add meat, bread crumbs - REV speed 1 until combined
separate tablesppon of meat mix & roll into balls
Roll balls in corn flour
shallow fry until brown
garlic, onion, herbs - speed 9-15 sec
Saute - 3 mins-100deg-speed 1
Add all ingredients & cook - 25 mins-100deg-speed 2
Place meat balls in baking tray & add sauce over the top.
Bake 30 mins 180 deg
Accessories you need
Add cheese to top before baking
Use GF bread crumbs & corn flour for GF meal
Serve over pasta , cous cous, rice
