Sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 --- brown onion
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 2 --- capsicums
  • 1 --- zuccini chopped
  • 3 tomatoes
  • to taste oregeano
  • to taste vegetable stock
  • to taste black pepper
  • garlic
  • olive oil

Meat Balls

  • 2 onions
  • garlic
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1000 g Mince Meat
  • 200 g bread crumbs (GF)
  • to taste parsley
  • Corn Flour

Recipe's preparation

    Meat Balls
  1. Garlic, Onion, salt, spinach, parsley into bowl - speed 9-15 sec


    add meat, bread crumbs - REV speed 1 until combined


    separate tablesppon of meat mix & roll into balls


    Roll balls in corn flour


    shallow fry until brown

  2. Sauce
  3. garlic, onion, herbs - speed 9-15 sec


    Saute - 3 mins-100deg-speed 1


    Add all ingredients & cook - 25 mins-100deg-speed 2

  4. Place meat balls in baking tray & add sauce over the top.


    Bake 30 mins 180 deg

Tip

Add cheese to top before baking

Use GF bread crumbs & corn flour for GF meal

Serve over pasta , cous cous, rice
