  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 brown onion, quartered
  • 1 Small-Medium Carrot, roughly chopped
  • 500 grams Beef mince, lumps broken up
  • 100 grams tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 80 grams panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 slices Bacon slices, 2cm diced
  • 100 grams Tasty cheese, grated
  • 30 grams Bbq sauce, to glaze

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan forced. Line loaf tin with baking paper.

    2. Place onion, garlic, carrot and diced bacon into TM bowl for 8 secs, Speed 7. Check if bacon is chopped enough. If necessary repeat for a further 4 sec.

    3. Add minced beef, tomato sauce, Panko breadcrumbs and egg. Mix for 1 min, Counter-clockwise operation ,speed 3.

    4. Press the meat mixture into the loaf tin then sprinkle with grated cheese.

    5. Bake for 40mins them remove from oven and glaze with BBQ Sauce before returning to the oven for a further 10mins. Remove and serve with vegetables.
