Mince and Cheese Pie

  • 160 grams onions, cut into quaters
  • 3 cloves garlic, whole
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 1 pinches Tyhme
  • pinches Salt and pepper
  • 60 grams chesse

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Use the cookidoo recipe to make your pastry. Quick Puff Pastry
  1. Weigh out 60 g of chesse into the bowl.
    6sec speed 7 place in a bowl to use later.
    Clean and dry bowl
    Pre heat oven to 200c
  2. Place garlic, onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed5. Scarpe down sides of the mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 8min/120c/ reverse speed
  3. Add beef mince the Tyme salt and pepper and fry 4 min/120c/ reverse speed.
  4. While the mince is cooking get your pastry you prepared earlier and use cooking spray to grease the oven proof container.

  5. When thermomix has finished cooking the filling
    Get you pie dish with pastry add filling and put chesse on top and add the lid to the pie.

    25 minutes later your pie will be ready
    enjoy and serve with your favorite beer
