Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I used green capsicum instead of red and ground corriander instead of seeds. Flavours of this meal are delicious the whole family loved it. I served with rice and made 5 large meals. Will definitely be making again.

Was easy and really yummy. I
Was easy and really yummy. I used garam masala spice as per thermomix basics by 5 teaspoons plus a touch of chilli powder for flavouring. Chives instead of onion as I am fructose intolerant and currants as I didn't have dates. Served with some quinoa. Perfect meal.
Very yummy! Make sure you cut
Very yummy! Make sure you cut the chicken in very big pieces as it does shred quite a bit. Loved the hint of peanut butter flavour at the end. This recipe makes heaps! A very economical meal with plenty of leftovers. Thanks for sharing.
