Moroccan Lamb pizza topping

  • 300 grams lamb meat (leftover roast lamb ideal), chopped roughly
  • 1 heaped teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves & stalks
  • 1 heaped tsp chilli powder
  • 3 cloves garlic

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place garlic cloves and coriander into TM bowl chop 2 seconds speed 7, repeat 1-2 times scraping down bowl between.

    2. Place lamb and remaining ingredients into TM bowl and chop 10 secs, speed 5 repeat until you reach the preferred texture.

    3. Use on pizza's as a topping instead of the usual meat options.
