If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Scrap down the sides
Add butter 5 mins/100/speed 1
Add butterfly
Add flour, curry powder, brown sugar 5 mins/100/speed 1
Add mango chutney, saltans stock and water and cut sausages
Cook 8 mins /100/ rev spoon.

Serve over rice/pasta/ mash potato.
you can steam your sausages and rice for 20 mins/varoma/4 before you make the sauce

Delicious!!!!! And for those who haven't tried sultanas in curried sausages...you haven't lived!!! I added 150 gms of sultanas i love them so much!
I cooked the sausages in the verona for 17mins first and also added carrots and beans.
Thanks for this recipe, reminded me of my grandma's!
