- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1000 grams Beef mince
- 4 tablespoons worchester sauce
- 4 tablespoons Gravox gravy powder
- 425 grams water
- 300 grams frozen peas,carrots & corn
- 2 onions
- 2 Capsicum
- 1 Zuchini
- 2 sticks of celery
- 4 tablespoons Bbq sauce

Place celery, onion, capsicum and zucchini in bowl for 3 seconds, speed 5
Saute for 3 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1
Add mince, water, worchester, bbq sauce, gravox and curry powder. Cook for 10 minutes, VEROMA,
Stir and ensure mince is broken up. Cook for a further 15 minutes, 100 degrees
Add frozen peas, carrots & corn - cook for 1 minute, 100 degrees
Place celery, onion, capsicum and zucchini in bowl
