If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    How to: Nuggets
  1. Place all the ingredients (except the Panko crumbs, and oil) into the bowl Closed lid.

    Blend 15secs/sp7.

Shape into walnut sized balls..wet hands work the best for this.

    Flatten into a "nugget" shape.

Coat in the crumbs and fry in the hot oil until golden.

    Serve with the sauce below.
  2. Sweet 'N' Sour Sauce
  3. Add all the ingredients to the bowl Closed lid and cook 5mins/100°C/sp2. or until thick and translucent.

N.B: If you like a smoother style sauce, blend 5-10secs/sp5 before cooking.

Tip

You'll never eat Mc Nuggets again.. ;D

I prefer chicken thigh fillets but feel free to use breast fillets. The mixture is so moist it doesn't make a lot of difference. Personal preference really.
