Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I didn't have bacon or sour cream, but based on other comments re: being salty, I left out the bacon, used the same stock paste as recipe and used chobani low fat natural yoghurt. Delicious. I served with mash and vegetable medley.
Winner, winner chicken
Winner, winner chicken dinner!
Perfect served with cauli rice!
Really really really yummy! I
Really really really yummy! I was searching for a thermy paprika chicken recipe and I'm so glad I found this.
I added some roasted red pepper (waiting to be used up), a tomato (only as our traditional family recipe has tomato in it) and a few cubes of frozen kale to healthify it for my toddler and it was divine.
I agree with the other comment - it was slighty too salty so next time I'd reduce the stock a wee bit for the kids.
Oh and I used breast as that's just what we prefer.
I served it with thermy mash and it was the perfect winter comfort meal. We will be making this again for sure!!

Super easy recipe, but would
Super easy recipe, but would leave any stock out next time as bacon made it salty enough. Thanks.
