Meat Ball
- 100 g short grain glutinous rice
- 200 g Pork, Diced
- 50 g onion
- 20 g carrot
- 80 g potato
- 10 g Corn Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 50 g cucumber, Diced

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Soak rice overnight & drain.
Add pork & onion into mixing bowl. Mix 30 sec/speed 10.
Add carrot, potato, corn flour, salt & pepper into mixing bowl. Mix 10 sec/speed 10.
Take the mixture out of mixing bowl. With wet hands, make meatball into 25g each. Roll each meatball in drained rice until covered.
Thinly slice 15 slices of carrots and equally place on Veroma Tray, to avoid sticking.
Place meatball on each sliced carrot.
Add the potato, carrot & whole egg into Veroma Dish.
Place 1L of boiling water into the mixing bowl. Place the Veroma Dish/Tray/Lid on.
Cook on 15 min/Varoma/"Gentle stir setting"
Take out the cooked potato, carrot & whole egg.
Peel the egg and cut into cubes.
Combine the potato, carrot, egg & cucumber with mayonnaise of choice.

You can also egg wash the meat ball before roll in drained rice.
