Rolled oats rissoles

  • 1 carrot, Roughly chopped
  • 1 onion, Cut in quarters
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 bacon rashers
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 grams mince
  • 1 egg
  • 2 heaped tablespoons rolled oats
  • Flour for rolling in Eg tapioca

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add carrot, onion, garlic, chopped, bacon and oil to and chop 4 /sec sp 5.
    2. Scape down sides and sauté 4 minutes / Varoma / sp 1, MC off.
    3. Add sauces, egg and rolled oats and mix 20 sec / sp 2.
    4. Add mince and mix 20 sec / sp 2, repeat as necessary until mixed.
    5. Cool until firm and shape and roll in flour, cool until cooking.
    6. Shallow fry ...
