Tip
Add any veggies you like when blending up the veggies in the first step on the meat sauce - it's a great way to get veggies into you kids.
I sometimes use a slotted spoon with holes if the sauce seems to runny, depends how you like.
There should be plenty of left over sauce to use for spagettii.
I also slice up and freeze portions for quick microwave meals for work.

Best lasagne!
I don't like a strong tomato taste and was worried, but this was subtle and fantastic flavor. Will be my go-to recipe!
Made so I much I have a freezer full of left-overs.

This was nice, thank you. My family liked our lasagne better though. It might of been because I used mozzarella instead of tasty cheese as I had a lot to use up.
Thank you for a lovely
Thank you for a lovely recipe. I've since made it again with lots of my own variations by way of different mixed, italian & other herbs, home made sauces, relish & minces. I love that your recipe fits in easily with whatever vegies are in the fridge. I like that your bechamel sauce is on the same page too. That's very helpful & convenient. This one's a hit well done. It looks as great as it tastes! Thank you.
This is an amazing recipe
This is an amazing recipe that lasts at least 2 - 3 nights - there's always some in our freezer! My kids now request lasagne for dinner most nights and always have seconds! Thank you for sharing!
Delicious lasagne I'm about
Delicious lasagne I'm about to make it for the second time upon request from my family. Thanks.
A really tasty lasagne! Mine
A really tasty lasagne! Mine was still a little sloppy after resting for 15 minutes, but was perfect the next day. Next time I will omit the sugar (it was a little sweet for our tastes) and the tasty cheese slices (it made the lasagne a little oily for our tastes, but that may also have been the cheese I used). Good amount of bechamel sauce that made for a really substantial layer! Thanks for sharing!

I made the béchamel sauce to
I made the béchamel sauce to go on a MOUSAKKA recipe. It was very runny so I added a couple of eggs. It went through the MOUSAKKA rather than sit on top. maybe I should have let it cool first. This was my first attempt of béchamel in the Thermomix.

Very yum and easy! Thought it was going to be too sloppy as the sauces were quite runny, but after baking it was great! Do you know how to avoid the mince breaking up so much and going a bit grainy?

Wow what a great lasagne -
Wow what a great lasagne - okay, it's not the "traditional" lasagne that I was taught being from an Italian background but it's still soooo tasty and the time saving using "our" Thermos is great. Here it is Monday night and I'm making lasagne which i would usually only make on the weekends! Loved by our family - thanks, Sally!
Easy and very tasty lasagne.
