  • 1 carrot, cut into cm lenghts

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 220C and line and greese oven trays and spread out pastry sheets to thaw

  2. Place onion into bowl, mix  8 sec/speed 9, scrape down sides and add carrot and frozen bread, mix 8 sec/speed 9, scrape down sides and repeat if necessary

  3. ( if using breadcrumbs instead of frozen bread add these now,) add mince, mixed herbs mix 10sec/ Counter-clockwise operation6, scrape down sides and repeat as necessary for all ingredients to combine

  4. cut pastry sheets in half and divide mixure inot 12, place mixure in a sausage lengthways down the middle of each piece of pastry. Bring pastry over the sausage mix to form rolls. Cut each roll into 4 even pieces. Brush the top of sausage rolls with milk and sprinkle with seasame seeds. 

  5. Place on lined and greased baking tray and bake 25 - 30 min on 220C
