Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 210 g onion
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 3 whole allspice (pimento)
  • 400g can of crushed tomatoes
  • 400g water
  • 4 baby chat potatoes halved
  • 700-800 g sausage of your choice, cut into 15cm

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. Add garlic and onion to mixing bowl. 

    Chop 3 sec/speed 6 

    Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if required.

    Add olive oil cook for 2mins, temp 100, speed 2

    Add spices and can of tomatoes.

    Cook for 6mins, temp 110, speed 2

    Add water and potatoes 

    Remove MC and replace with simmering basket.

    Cook 10 mins Varoma Gentle stir setting Counter-clockwise operation

    Add sausage, cook 10mins, varoma, Gentle stir settingCounter-clockwise operation
