  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 --- onion, Large
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 3 tomato, Quartered
  • 100 g red wine
  • 600 g water
  • 30 g TM stock
  • 500 g Sizzle Steak, Cut in Strips
  • 300 g pasta
  • 100 g Mushroom, Sliced
  • 40 g tomato paste

Recipe's preparation

    Savoury Beef and Red wine Pasta
  1. Chop Garlic and onion for  10 seconds, on speed 10


    Add 20g Olive Oil and Sauté for 2 mins speed 1 at 100⁰


    Add tomatoes  - speed 7 for 6 seconds


     Add  Red wine, water, TM stock, sizzle steak cut in strips, pasta,  mushrooms, tomato paste.


     


     Cook on ReverseCounter-clockwise operation speed 1 at 100⁰ for 20 – 25 minutes


    Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese to serve.

    Yum! This was a hit with my fussy hubby and I love it too. I put the pasta in with 10 minutes to spare at the end and it cooks beautifully. Thank you!

    The flavor in this dish rocks!  This was the first time that I ever attempted cooking with wine, and I was worried that it would taste too "wine-y," but it was just awesome!  Love

    Lovely tomato taste.  I used macaroni and it was very over cooked by the end.  I'd suggest adding the pasta 10 mins into cooking
