Lala's butter creamy chicken recipe has become one of my favourites.
We preferred Arborio rice and used 550 g strips of thigh. Plenty for two people.
Maybe will halve the butter next time, but it was very satisfying for a cold winter's day!

Big Smile Enjoyed this simpler version very much. It makes it far easier to get prepared and into the oven, so I can turn my attention back to other things. Thanks for the simpler version - it's bumped this family favourite dish back up the list again!
