      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

5 stars for being yum and quick. I used pork and veal mince, also cooked mince in the basket with a little of the sauce on top for 15mins and a final 5 mins in the bowl with thr peas and corn. I also used 1tbl of English mustard as that was what I had.

Very nice and easy to make. I did my mince in the steam basket so it doesn't go all mushy and keeps great texture. I also didn't use the Tabasco so my 18mth old can eat it and used 250g of peas and corn at the end tmrc_emoticons.)

I just cooked this in advance for dinner tomorrow night. It is really really tasty. Only difference I made was I added 1.5 tsp of curry powder and few drops of tabasco sauce. I reckon it will be really really really good tomorrow Smile

Delicious and Super easy. I used just 280g mince because it is so expensive to buy where I live. Kept all other ingredients the same and it still worked out great.

Awesome flavour even without the mustard (I used gravy instead). Wasnt too sure how many peas and corn to add, as couldnt find them in the list of ingrediants but just piled in about a cup each. Lovely dinner for the family.

Great recipe! I was going out so did first 2 steps before I left adding a red chilli then when I got back continued step 3 onwards.. which saved time close to dinner time. My whole family loved it, served with brown rice and I managed to use 600g veal mince in the TM31 with no trouble. Made heaps too. Served 5 with leftovers for lunch next day. THANKYOU!

Oh just realised I'd already rated this a while ago! love it..

Delicious! I left out the Tabasco Sauce and put a scant 1 T of mustard in and it was fine for my 'non-spicey' family. I also used 400g of Passata instead of the tomatoes. I made it in my TM31, just using Speed Soft instead of the 0.5 speed as indicated in the recipe. Thank you for the recipe.
