Stuffed Burgers

  • 1500 g Ground beeg
  • 250 g breadcrumbs
  • .5 level tsp salt
  • 1 heaped tablespoons paprika
  • .5 heaped tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoons pepper
  • 1 heaped tablespoons olive oil
  • 180 g grated cheese
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Pickled Jalapenos
  • 3 stalks Spring Oinions
  • 125 g lardons
  • 6 piece hamburger bread
  • 3 heaped tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 bunches Lettuce
  • 15 pieces pickles
  • 1 pieces tomatoe ring slices
  • 1 pieces oinion - sliced in rings

Recipe's preparation

    Mix all steak ingredients (until before olive oil) in a bowl
  1. Mix it all in a bowl
  2. Pour olive oil in a flat tray (cookie tray)
  3. Spread half the meat onto it to make a flat sheet
  4. Sprinkle cheese, jalapenos, spring oinions and lardons
  5. Put rest of meat on top and seal sides with fingers
  6. Grill on high 5 minutes, each sides
  7. during cooking time, place the six hamburger breads (the bottom parts) onto a serving plate - don't pull them appart
  8. Add mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced oinions
  9. Put slab of meat on top of bread, put top parts of hamburger on top, slice and serve
