My meat was very tough. I cooked for 25 minutes and it made no difference. I don't know why this happened. I'm new to Thermomix and love this recipe so would appreciate opinions on why the meat is tough. I have cooked the original WW recipe hundreds of times and the meat is never tough.

  • I have used this recipie

    Submitted by AGSIRR on 4. April 2015 - 15:35.

I have used this recipie twice now. I have followed the recipe word for word, the meat does not cook if on for 20 minutes as the recipie states., I have to cook for 30-35 minutes, not sure if that is why the meat becomes tough? Why do u take the mc off?? Would it be better to cook with mc on? Do others only cook meat for 20 minutes? My meat is still red after 20 minutes!!!

Delicious flavours, very tasty. Our meat was a bit tough but I think it was just the cut I got.
