- 1 red chilli, (optional)
- 2 bunches Parsley Fresh, leaves only
- 1 tablespoon dried leaf corriander
- 1 tablespoon dried ground coriander seeds
- 500 grams Raw chicken breast, no skin chopped into inch pieces
- 35 grams tandoori paste (Sharwoods), (or make a thermomix version)
- 85 grams coconut yoghurt, (coconut best but plain would be ok)
- 1 tablespoon spelt flour
- 20 grams oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat Oven to 200 degrees fan forced
Grease mini muffin trays
Add garlic, chilli, parsley and corriander to bowl and grind 10 sec speed 7
Add chicken to bowl and Turbo for 4-6 seconds
Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and turbo 4-6 seconds till mixed.
Scoop teaspoons of mixture into muffin trays
Bake for 15 mins
