Ingredients

Thermomix Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meatballs

  • 2 slices white bread, crusts removed, torn into pieces
  • 62 g Milk
  • 1 onion, halved
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 500 g mince
  • 1 egg, large
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare the Panade:
  1. Place the torn bread pieces into the Thermomix bowl.
  2. Add milk, onion halves, garlic cloves, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
  5. Mix the Meatball Ingredients:
  6. Add mince, egg, grated Parmesan, parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the Thermomix bowl.
  7. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 4, using the spatula to assist if necessary.
  8. Scrape down the sides and mix for an additional 5 seconds on speed 4 to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  9. Shape the Meatballs:
  10. With damp hands, roll the mixture into meatballs approximately 4 cm in diameter.



    Place the formed meatballs on a tray or plate.
  11. Cook the Meatballs:
  12. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  13. Add the meatballs in batches, browning them on all sides.
  14. Once browned, transfer the meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
