Easy to make but found it very bland, added carrots and broccoli and had to cook an extra 6 minutes for the potatoes to cook and they were cut very small. Also sauce was very runny like water. Served with rice.

Yummy! I use the sauce x 2 as a base and add 3 tbs of brown sugar to each batch. I then add the sauce, 700gms of chicken thigh sliced just thicker than you would a stir fry, 4 potatoes diced into about 6 and pop it into my slow cooker for 4 hours on low. Perfect!

This was nice and easy to make. I added a bit of sweet potato but if I was to do that again I'd put it in later than the chicken as it cooks much faster and kind of turned into soup. Definitely an easy meal for nights you don't feel like cooking but feel like something a bit more substantial. Also able to do double batches in TM5 bowl.

Exactly what I wanted when I searched for Thai curry! However, the potatoes were a bit underdone, even though I cut them into very small pieces. I will try using tofu next time instead of chicken.
