Quick and Easy Chicken Curry
- 1 brown onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 centimetre ginger
- 2 pieces Chillies
- 2 heaped tablespoons Thai Green Curry Paste
- 1 heaped tsp salt
- 1 heaped tsp garam masala
- 1000 grams Chicken Cubed
- 4 heaped tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 bunch corriander

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add garlic, ginger, chilli and onion and chop for 2 sec speed 5. Scrape down sides.
- Add Thai green curry paste and cook for 5 mins varoma temp reverse speed 3
Scrape down sides - Add salt and garam masala and cook for 3 mins varoma temp reverse speed 3
- Add chicken and tomato paste and cook for 15 minute 120 degrees reverse speed 1
- Transfer to serving dish and stir through chopped corriander and serve.
