Very nice recipe. Used rice noodles and swapped the silverbeet for kale. Thought it was a little too sweet for me so will leave out the honey next time, the vegetables added enough sweetness.

  • I am addicted to Fantastic

    Submitted by Bunnies4ever on 9. November 2016 - 15:55.

I am addicted to Fantastic Beef Noodles. My go to when not well and no fresh soup in the house. Decided to try this recipe as I needed a healthier option but was sceptical. I was so surprised by how good this was. Simple and delicious. Did not need to add any more sauce or spice. Added a tiny bit of shredded chicken and subbed silverbeet for zucchini.

Now this will be my go to recipe. Loved it.

May try with beef stock next time.

  • Do you just replace the rice

    Submitted by Islandshack on 6. November 2016 - 12:20.

Do you just replace the rice noodles for the instant noodles at that step in the recipe?

  • Fantastic recipe! I made mine

    Submitted by livbambola on 2. March 2015 - 13:48.

Fantastic recipe! I made mine for one & changed up some of the veggies & it worked a treat. I use the chicken stock paste from the Basic Cook Book in place of the vegetable one & it was delicious.
