      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Put Garlic and Ginger in to mixing bowl and chop 3 seconds / speed 7, scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

    2. Add Sesame oil and Saute 3minutes / 120 deg/ speed 1

    3. Add Mixed vegetables of your choice (Colliflower, broccoli, capsicum, carrot, zucchini) chopped up before placing in bowl to how ever you would like them . . Add Fish Sauce and soy sauce and cook 8 minutes/ 100deg/ Counter-clockwise operation speed 1

    4. Serve Immediately
