Impossible Quiche (Vegetarian)

  • 150 g cheese, Cubed 3cm
  • 1 brown onion, Halved
  • 1 zucchini, Chopped into 3-4 pieces
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 180 g frozen peas
  • 45 g Vegetable stock paste
  • 250 g Milk
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 10 eggs

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180degrees.
  2. Add onion, zucchini and olive oil to bowl.
  3. Chop 5 seconds on speed 5.
  4. Scrape down bowl.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, varoma temp, speed 2
  6. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  7. Mix 15 seconds, Counter-clockwise operation reverse speed 3
  8. Pour out into another container. No need to clean bowl.
  9. Add cheese and chop 8 seconds, speed 7.
  10. Return egg mixture to bowl with cheese
  11. Mix 10 seconds, Counter-clockwise operation reverse speed 3.
  12. Pour into quiche dish and place in oven for 30-35mins.

Use any vegetable combo you like! Broccoli, asparagus, mushroom, capsicum all work well.
