Indonesian Clear Spinach Soup

  • 1500 grams Drinking water
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 centimetres Fingerroot (Temu Kunci), crushed
  • 3 pieces shallots, crushed
  • 1 piece sweet corn cob, cut into 4
  • 7 grams salt
  • 5 grams white sugar
  • 3 grams Mushroom Bouillon
  • 1 gram chicken powder
  • 100 grams Fresh spinach

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put on blade cover
  2. Pour 1500 grams drinking water. Kettle mode 100 C
  3. Put 3 cloves Garlic, 3 centimetres Fingerroot, 3 pieces shallots, 1 piece sweet corn cob. Cook 15 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
  4. Add 7 grams salt, 5 grams white sugar, 3 grams Mushroom bouillon, 1 gram chicken powder, 100 grams fresh spinach. Cook 2 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
