- 1500 grams Drinking water
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 centimetres Fingerroot (Temu Kunci), crushed
- 3 pieces shallots, crushed

- 7 grams salt
- 5 grams white sugar
- 3 grams Mushroom Bouillon
- 1 gram chicken powder
- 100 grams Fresh spinach

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Put on blade cover
- Pour 1500 grams drinking water. Kettle mode 100 C
- Put 3 cloves Garlic, 3 centimetres Fingerroot, 3 pieces shallots, 1 piece sweet corn cob. Cook 15 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
- Add 7 grams salt, 5 grams white sugar, 3 grams Mushroom bouillon, 1 gram chicken powder, 100 grams fresh spinach. Cook 2 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
