If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This was quite tasty however I used frozen spinach, so it was a bit salty. I didn't add the lemon however I might next time. I used about 6 sheets of pastry however next time I will use many more. I did not understand the purpose of scrunching up the paper.

Absolutely delicious. Perfectly salty and savoury. I added half the lemon as some comments said the lemon was a little overpowering and it was perfect for us. We will make this again soon!!

Quite tasty. Decided to follow advice of leaving out the lemon zest. Some onion added might be good as well.

Delicious! It does have a strong lemon flavor but we didn't mind it. My 3 year old and 9 month old enjoyed it too which is always a bonus

  • Worked out perfectly - only

Worked out perfectly - only change I would make next time is to use stronger feta as the lemon and spinach took over in flavour.

  • This was really delicious -

    Submitted by Cleo5 on 20. April 2015 - 10:44.

This was really delicious - thank you!!  My filo pastry didn't tuck all the way over the top so I scrunched some oiled filo over the top.  My husband thought it was a bit too lemon-y but I found it just right - matter of personal taste I think.  I will definitely be making this one again- so yummy!!
