If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Heat oil in bowl 2 mins 70 Deg sp 2.
Add Fenugreek seeds and cumin to bowl saute 1 min temp 70 sp 3.
Add dried chillis 10 sec temp 70 sp 3.
Add pumpkin, turmeric , chilli powder, sugar and water
mix 5 sec reverse speed 2.
cook 20mins 95 deg reverse stir.
add garam masala and dry mango powder mix reverse stir for 5 secs.
transfer to thermoserver until ready to serve. garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Cut pumpkin into cubes.

Loved this. I read the tip about taking the measuring cup off a bit too late so mine was a little watery but still yum. I added some yoghurt to thicken it up. I'll be adding this to my regular meals thanks so much.
