Amazing! So tasty. I fried up some chicken, seasoned with veg stock and 1tsp each of sweet and normal soy sauce, along with some fried egg. Delicious!

I reduced fish sauce by half and didn’t include chilli but added mushrooms. I really liked it, very tasty. Teenagers were not as impressed.
I’ll make and freeze for my lunches

Great recipe, would consider cooking for a little less time of you're not eating it straight off as the rice will continue to cook in the Thermoserver. Thanks so much for sharing

  • Very nice, though personal

    Submitted by GinStar on 25. September 2016 - 01:03.

Very nice, though personal taste: reduced fish sauce to 1tbsp and added sliced mushrooms & prawns. Also placed 2 beaten eggs in scrunched baking paper in varoma tray to cook for 4 mins and sliced up to add to dish.
