      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Serve with roasted cashews for some extra crunch.

Try making your own paneer the day before & using that. 1.5 L of full cream milk will make enough for this recipe & it's super easy.

Hi JenChe - thank you for clarifying that! I did use the already chopped frozen spinach (from memory) but I should add that to the recipe. I'm glad you enjoyed it tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Yummy recipe. My only

Yummy recipe. My only recommendation is to buy the chopped frozen spinach rather than the whole frozen spinach. If using whole frozen spinach, chop it first.

Hmm pretty good, not quite spicy enough for us so next time ill add more garam masala, some pepper and more cumin. A good base though, thanks!
