  1. Chop onion and garlic 3 secs sp 7
    add oil, cook 5 mins 100c sp 1
    add spices, cook 2 mins 100c sp 1
    add coconut milk, cook 5 mins 100c sp 1
    add potatoes, halve if required and cook 15 mins Counter-clockwise operation 100c Gentle stir setting
    add peas, salt and sugar, cook 5 mins Counter-clockwise operation 100c Gentle stir setting
    if too thin, add cornflour paste
