If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place sweet potatoe, onion, garlic, parsley, stock paste, pepper, ginger and Paprika andmwater into mixing bowl and cook 25min/100degrees/speed 1.
2. Add oil and light coconut milk and blend 1min/speed 5-10 increasing speed gradually.
3. Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste

Delicious, I didn't add oil for blending and only went to speed 9. I also chopped the veggies for 5 seconds at beginning of recipe.
