Fritters

  • 100 grams rice, Milled
  • 100 grams plain flour
  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 level teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1/2 level teaspoon nutmeg ground
  • 1 level teaspoon salt fine, Or to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams Milk of choice
  • 2 green shallots, Chopped
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, Chopped
  • 350 grams frozen peas and corn, defrosted
  • 1/2 Zucchini grated

Recipe's preparation

  1. Combine flours baking powder egg spices milk and salt  on speed 3-4  for six seconds. Add vegetables and coriander and mix evenly reverse speed 2-3. Spoon into pan and fry in oil approx. 2 1/2 to 3 minutes each side until golden brown and firm to touch.
