If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place garlic cloves, zucchini, carrot, brown onion into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
2. Add olive oil, beef mince, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cook 5 mins/100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 0.5
3. Stir with spatula. Add tomato paste, corned beef and cook 5 mins/100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 0.5
4. Add red wine, passata, chopped tomatoes, sugar and cook 20 mins/100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 0.5
5. Carefully remove bayleaf before serving hot.
