      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Boil pasta in pot as per directions on the packet
    Grate Parmesan on speed 9 for 10 seconds, set aside
    Put bacon in TM bowl and chop on speed 5 for 3 seconds, add oil, cook for 5mins, 100c, stir speed, rev
    Add mushrooms cook for 3 mins, 100c, stir speed rev
    Add eggs, cream and parmesan in TM bowl and stir 30sec, stir speed
    When pasta is cooked drain and return to pot
    Add bacon & cream mixture to pasta, heat from pasta will cook the eggs. Serve
