Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Really delicious. Will definitely make again! So easy and great to find yummy dairy free recipes (and made it gluten free by substituting pasta). Thanks for sharing!

This was delicious! I have a TM31 and was able to just fit it all in level with the maximum full line, by leaving 100g chicken stock out (I put it in later, after the liquid had reduced a bit). I had to add extra Mexican spice mix, but that may have been due to the brand I used. It tasted even better as leftovers the next day!
