If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add garlic, chilli and ginger to "Closed lid" and chop for 3 seconds speed 7.
Add Onion and chop 3 seconds speed 5.
Add EVOO and sugar and saute 4 minutes, 100 deg, speed 1.
Add chicken, stock, water, cream, greek yoghurt pasta, carrots, zucchini, spinach and mushrooms. Cook for 18 minutes 100 deg, speed 1 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
Place in the thermoserver for 5-10 minutes to allow sauce to thicken
Top with parmesan cheese
