- 500 grams chicken thigh, diced
- spinach, cup
- 1 can coconut milk
- 330g jar asparagus spears, drained
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tsp vegetable stock

Chop onion and garlic 5sec/speed5 scrape down sides
Add oil and cook 2mins/100 degree/speed 2
Add mushrooms chop 5sec/speed 4 cook 2mins/100 degree /speed soft
Add all other ingredients cook 10mins /varoma /reverse/speed soft
Cook for further 2 mins or until chicken is cooked
Taste and adjust seasoning salt/peppet
Serve with choice of pasta and enjoy
