      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

We love our pasta cooked in the Thermoserver. Some people don't - if you don't cook the pasta the way you like it usually (Thermoserver method is not for gluten free pasta)

If you aren't dairy free, you can use butter instead of oil, it makes it creamier and I always add some parmesan when serving

Oh my goodness!! I can't believe I'm the first to rate this recipe. This tastes amazing and you can't even tell there's cauliflower in it, which makes it perfect for the kids! I used butter and 500gms of spelt, cooked on the stove. There's still enough sauce to add to some pasta tomorrow night. A very economical meal.....thanks for sharing.Love
