- 1 onion, Peeled and cut in half
- 1 carrot, Roughly chopped (no need to peel)
- 1 zucchini, Roughly chopped (no need to peel)
- 4-5 button mushrooms
- 125 gram corn kernels
- soy sauce
- olive oil
- sesame seed oil
- 400 gram brown rice
- gram frozen peas & corn

Weigh in 400g of brown rice into your TM basket, cook for 30-35mins / Varoma / Speed 4.
Set aside when cooked. Wash and dry your TM bowl.
Add some olive oil (enough for lightly frying) into a large fry pan, turn on stove to medium heat.
Place onion into TM bowl and chop for 1 sec / speed 7, transfer to fry pan and saute, while onions are saueting, place carrot into TM bowl and chop for 3-4 secs / speed 5, transfer to frypan and mix together with onion, place zucchini into TM bowl and chop for 1-2 secs / speed 4, transfer to frypan, mix through, place mushrooms into TM bowl and chop for 1-2 secs / speed 4, transfer to frypan and mix through.
Add frozen peas & corn kernels and mix all veggies together - cook your veggies until they have sofened.
Turn off cook top, add rice and mix with all veggies, add a drizzle of sesame seed oil and some soy sauce (start with a little and then add more if you think it needs it), mix all together and it's done.
Rice can be prepared hours in advance if you like so that all need to do later is chop veggies and mix together - quick side dish!
