Sensational. Drained pasta and added sauce over low heat. Whole family loved it.

I struggled to fit 500g off the cooked pasta back into the bowl and have it thoroughly mixed in. Is this because it was dried packet pasta?

Brilliant recipe and so easy. I added a knob of ginger to tweak it a little.

No mess and the thermy was delicate with the prawns.

    Many thanks.

Beautiful, light and fresh! I followed the recipe exactly apart from cooking the pasta on the stove. Makes a nice change from having a heavy or creamy sauce. Thanks for sharing.

What a great dish! I used a whole bowl of small baby cherry tomatoes and the juices of that melded together perfectly with the garlic and olive oil. Will on rotation in this household!

Lovely. I prefer this to the heaviness of traditional garlic prawns using cream.

Loved this recipe - we’re not fans of tomato based pasta dishes and this is a great change. Used some minuscule home grown tomatoes, they’re the size of peas so no need to cut these 😂 but even so I would leave them out next time. I will definitely cook again & again.
