If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add macaroni, water and milk to the TM bowl
Cook for 10 min, 90 degrees, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Add 100gm grated cheese and onion salt to taste.
Cook for 3 min, 90 degrees, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1

Well this is a winner in my house. My son will only eat Mac n cheese from the box... UNTIL THIS!!!! Thankyou xx!!
I didnt add the onion salt as I didn't have any, but I did add a teaspoon of vegi stock paste.
