- 1 onion
- 30 g oil
- 1/2 pumpkin flesh
- 1 tbsp chicken stock paste
- 250 g water
- 200 gram Gorgonzola cheese
- 250 grams Mascarpone cheese
- 500 grams pasta, dry, type farfalle

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Peel one onion and place in thermomix bowl, chop on speed 5 for 5 seconds and scrape down bowl.
Add oil and heat for 3 minutes on 80°C speed 1.
Peel 1/2 pumpkin (approx 500g) and chop into pieces, add to bowl.
Add water and chicken stock paste.
Mix for 1 minute on speed 9. You will now have a soft puree.
Add gorgonzola cheese and mascarpone cheese.
Mix for 20 minutes on 80°C speed 3
Boil salted water (to taste) on stove.
Add Farfalle pasta and cook following packet instructions.
Once sauce is mixed properly, taste and season if required.
Drain pasta and serve into bowl, top with gorgonzola sauce.
Crack some pepper on top (if desired)

Boil pasta water while making the sauce so it's ready to add the pasta in to cook at the same time as the sauce.
